Unraveling the Mystery of Morgellons
Our first mission should be to touch and heal many lives and care for one’s dignity and quality of life. A disease rarely acknowledged by conventional medical communities is often misunderstood and mishandled. Morgellons can be a complicated affliction and the afflicted is in pain and a vast range of emotions exist. To me, the afflicted one is courageous and stronger than most people walking around with no issues. To quote Martin Luther King Jr., “the ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.”
My mission is to assist the afflicted to obtain the proper testing to determine one’s biomedical makeup and a strategy of recommended supplements and food regime to bring one’s body into balance and observe the bodies’ reaction.
One afflicted with Morgellons can also mimic ADD/ADHD, have a component of depression, and lead to extreme mood swings. Vision sometimes is involved and may become blurry indicating oxidative stress and low Vitamin C reserves. Threads can emerge, burrow under the skin, and leave sores slow to heal. Many suffer from prickly skin and some see movement under the skin. Lyme Disease and Borrelia Bacteria are other diseases that can play a role in Morgellons and one has to review past medical history and ask the proper questions to unravel more clues. Adrenal functioning, GI health, immune functioning, oxidative stress and an imbalance of vitamins and minerals can most definitely play a huge role in the biomedical mystery involved in these Morgellons’ symptoms.
Two tests that are Beneficial to get a snapshot of one’s metabolic chemistry are:
Great Plains Lab Organic Acids Test (OAT). This is a non-invasive first morning urine test.
The Organic Acid test includes:
Bacterial metabolites
B-vitamin deficiencies
Antioxidant deficiencies
Inborn errors of metabolism
Oxalates
Exposure to toluene solvent
Neurotransmitter metabolites
Indicators of possible diabetic conditions
Citric acid (Krebs) cycle metabolites
Clostridia overgrowth
Glycolysis metabolites
Fatty acid oxidation abnormalities
Amino acid metabolites
Pyrimidines
65 total compounds are tested
Great Plains Comprehensive Stool Analysis detects the presence of pathogenic microorganisms Parameters for digestion & absorption
Cultures for bacteria
Cultures for yeast
Parasite testing
Sensitivity panels
Inflammatory markers
Stool metabolic markers
Infectious pathogens
After reviewing the test results and the information gathered from the intake forms, a customized recommended supplement and food regime can be implemented to bring balance and harmony back to the body and hopefully reach one’s optimal health goals.
Healthy eating, digestive enzymes, antioxidants, GI Health Support, Adrenal Support and Detoxing one’s body of pollutants and hidden viruses are key.
May you remain strong and focused on your journey to find a cure.
Sincerely Submitted by Nancy Guberti

Do I need to stop all Antibiotics for the tests? I have just gone back on the Bactrim after doing a month on Ketek and Tindamax. Those 2 did not too much that I can tell. The Bactrim takes away the constant hot sweats. I don’t want to stop it.. Please let me know.
